How it works
A pause only while the call lasts

YouPoint only sees that a call is happening. It doesn't store numbers or hear the conversation.

A banking app, a remote access app, an app install or screen sharing.

A short pause or until the end of the call — depending on what was opened. The “Call” button for family is always there.

A notification with no number and no amount: “Grandma opened her bank during a call”. Calling back takes one tap.

What YouPoint doesn't do
- We don't block the callMissing a real call is worse than a pause. We can only ask the person to hang up.
- The pause isn't permanentAfter the call everything opens as usual.
- It doesn't replace talking at homeScammers keep inventing new tricks. The main rule is worth saying out loud: a bank never asks you to open anything during a call.
- We don't listen or readCalls, messages and the screen are never recorded. We only see which app was opened.

About scam protection
What if it really is the bank?
A real bank doesn't ask you to open the app or read out a code during a call. The “Continue” button soon becomes active. But it's safer to hang up and call the bank back on the number on your card.
Does this mean calls are listened to?
No. YouPoint doesn't hear the call or store numbers — it only sees that a call is happening and which app was opened.
