Phone in the bag? It'll speak up
Sometimes a person simply doesn't hear the phone: it's in a bag or another room. A loud call plays a short, loud chime on their phone — they'll see you're calling and respond.
Oksana is calling you
Respond — Oksana will see that all is well.
I'm hereWhen it helps
It's “Where are you?” said out loud
Phone in the bag
You're calling for the fifth time, and Mum just can't hear it at the market.
Phone in another room
Dad's in the garden, the phone's in the kitchen — a loud call carries further than a ringtone.
You just want to know
One “I'm here” — and you can breathe out.
How it works
Warm, short — and not an alarm
- 1
The person allows being called this way
The switch is in their “Profile”. Without their “yes”, the family doesn't get the button.
- 2
You tap “Are you there?”
In the person's card — after “Where are you?”, when there's no answer.
- 3
The phone calls out
A warm, short chime like a doorbell — not a siren. It stops after half a minute or at the first touch.
- 4
“I'm here” — and you know
The answer comes with the location, just like “Where are you?”. The trust log shows who called and when.

Questions
About the loud call
How is this different from a phone call?
A phone call can go unheard, while a loud call is louder and waits for just one tap — “I'm here”.
How many times a day can I call?
1 on the free plan, 10 on YouPoint Pro, 20 on YouPoint Max.
Can I call a child this way?
Only if the switch is on on their phone. The child can see the switch and turn it off themselves.
