For the whole familyYouPoint Pro and Max
On my way — watch in real time
Coming home late, travelling at night, or you just want your family to see the way. Live mode shows your location in real time — and only you can turn it on.
When it helps
When “text me when you're there” isn't enough
Coming home late
Your family sees you're on your way and exactly where — without messages every minute.
A long journey
They can see how far you have left — and meet you on time.
Meeting in a crowd
A concert or a station: it's easier to find each other.
How it works
Turning it off is easier than turning it on
- 1
You start a session
For 15 minutes, an hour or 8 hours. You can't turn live mode on for someone else — only for yourself.
- 2
You choose who sees it
The whole family or only the people you pick. Everyone else sees nothing.
- 3
A badge stays on screen
“You're sharing your location in real time” — with a “Stop” button right next to it.
- 4
The session ends by itself
You can't forget to turn it off. Every start and stop goes into the trust log.

Questions
About live mode
How is this different from the usual map?
Normally YouPoint updates the location sparingly to save battery. Live mode is real-time location — for a short while, and by your choice.
Can I ask a relative to turn it on?
Ask — yes; turn it on for them — no. The decision always belongs to the person whose location it is.
Is it in the free plan?
No. Live mode is in YouPoint Pro (60 minutes a day) and YouPoint Max (unlimited).
